A mixed commercial-residential building in Wuhan City, China's Hubei Province, is on fire.The fire broke out in the Hanzhengjie Wholesale Market at about 9:30 am Thursday.

At least 20 injured have been rushed to Wuhan No.1 hospital, one in a serious condition.Source at the local public security bureau said:
The fire was caused by electrical system failures and appliance defects.
