Hornetlover,my friend. You said "simple korean noodles" mean it is naengmyeon (“cold noodles”) ?

The Naengmyeon is my favorite food.In the hot summer,it's the most delicious of all the food. When you finish eating, you will feel your body temperature cools down.

Today, when I want to typing,a word suddenly strikes me,in China we have a saying,"Words are but wind, but seeing is believing".And to my mind,Maangchi's "Cold buckwheat noodles (naeng myun)"is a better video.

OK!Let us all enjoy the "Naengmyeon".

    Hi ADuu-
Thanks for coming over to my blog and for the comments, I appreciate it. I've never tried cold buckwheat noodles before. I guess the most interesting Asian food I have had is Dim Sum-I love it!

    Have a great day!

Hi,Leslie.Dim Sum is a very delicious. And in Cantonese. Chinese families in particular typically like to gather at Chinese restaurants for dim sum on special occasions such as Chinese New Year.
