Rescue work has started following a collision involving two passenger trains 
at Chenzhou Railway Station in central China's Hunan province that killed three 
people at 2:34 am on Monday, June 29, 2009.
A train collision in central China that left three people dead early Monday 
was caused by brake failure, said an official of operator of the trains involved 
on Tuesday.
