To mark China's upcoming 60th birthday anniversary, an avant-garde girl of the post-'90s generation recently posted online some of her back body paintings that carry patriotic images, attracting more than 200,000 viewers within a few hours, people.com.cn reports.

"The auspicious girl," as she is known among Internet surfers, had her back painted with eight images depicting great achievements of the People's Republic of China, such as its founding, its first atomic bomb, its first satellite, and the Beijing Olympics, which she says are a manifestation of patrioticism of their younger generation.
